Asthma is something that many people suffer from in their everyday lives.
It is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the individual’s airways. Many common symptoms of allergies and asthma are wheezing, coughing and being short of breath. Statistics on asthma show that it doesn’t affect any one particular kind of person, but it can affect almost anyone and at any age, as people who get adult onset asthma know and it can prevent them from having an enjoyable and happy life.
Family History and Environment
People are more likely to develop this uncomfortable and sometimes dangerous condition if they have a family history of asthma, eczema or allergies. Some aspects of modern life can cause it to appear such as, for example, changes in housing, your diet. A polluted environment can contribute to the rise of asthma and prevention measures here are more possible for example by using a home air purifier. Smoking during pregnancy can significantly increase the risk of the child developing asthma later on in life. Children, whose parents are smokers are very likely to develop symptoms that lead to an asthma diagnosis.
Prevention is Better Than Cure
Taking efforts to prevent it happening is very important as it is one of those conditions that cannot be completely eliminated as there is no cure for it. However it is possible to manage the condition by using some medications, such as nebulizers, inhalers or natural allergy relief. There are are a variety of options available to help you enjoy life more without being floored by an asthma or allergy attack.
When using inhalers it is very important that you inhale and take your asthma medicine properly so that you can get the most benefit out of it.

Asthma And Allergy Guide
You may ask yourself: What is asthma, what is an allergy? It is when the body has an abnormal reaction to something that is used everyday or just a daily substance. Some allergen examples may be nuts, such as a tree nut allergy, pet hair, which can cause cat asthma, tree pollen, medicines, some foods, such as a wheat allergies, and flu like symptoms in reaction to mould or dust mites. If someone who is allergic is exposed to any of these substances, the immune system gets ready to fight them and uncofortable symptoms may develop. Allergic asthma is one of the most common types of asthma. Other types of asthma are chronic asthma and nocturnal asthma.
- Chronic Asthma: This is a inflammatory disease. The inflammation of chronic asthma may lead to the narrowing of airways which causes the individual to be breathless, to wheeze, and leaves you gasping for a breath of fresh air.
- Allergy Asthma: As already mentioned above this type of asthma is a very common type. When specific allergens are inhaled they can trigger an attack. Animals are usually the carrier of allergens which can cause an allergic reaction. These animals are usually cats and dogs that we keep as pets at home. The allergens in animals can be found in their saliva, urine and oil glands that are found in the skin. Dust mites are another allergen for asthma and they are microscopic. They live in homes and also in other buildings. The waste products of the dust mites are what triggers the symptoms. They live in bedding, carpets and sofas. Food is also a allergen. When a food allergy occurs the symptoms that result can be asthmatic reactions, vomiting, trouble with breathing, diarrhea and pains in the stomach. Food allergies can be caused by milk, nuts, eggs, wheat and soy. Other allergens may include insect stings and molds.
- Nocturnal Asthma: Is when a person suffers even whilst asleep. Simply, when the body is in asleep it is usually on ’sleep mode’ and is positioned horizontally, reducing the resistance of the body and causing deep breathing. It is usually much easier to breathe while a person is lying down. When we become unconscious our breathing becomes a little bit deeper because of the positioning of the body.

we always use air purifiers at home since we live in a polluted place .
i really hated eczema because it does not look good and it is sometimes very itchy~::
Dust mite allergy symptoms are caused by tiny organisms called dust mites House mite allergy is a reaction of the body to the proteins that are secreted by the house mites in their excretion processes. The protein acts on the respiratory system of a person and it aggravates the air passages causing hay fever and asthmatic related attacks. Dust mites are so gross. Have you tried any of these symptoms?
